Mindfulness Training for Organisations
Inner Space Works provides Mindfulness Training designed specifically for Organisations, Leaders, Managers, Departments and Teams, resulting in more Mindful Organisations.
Mindfulness training can be used to enhance collaboration within departments and among people working in teams, by increasing self-awareness and awareness of others and reducing stress levels. Mindfulness can help your teams to focus their attention on the tasks that are most important, leading to improved time management and the ability to resist unnecessary distractions.
We appreciate that organisations are uniquely different. We also acknowledge that people who work in large organisations are under a huge amount of pressure and have very little time to commit to training. Our job is to help make your lives easier, not to add pressure or stress, which is why we offer a tailored service.
Mindfulness training can be integrated into the working week. We offer programmes that are specifically designed to suit your organisation and employees as a problem-solving solution.
To give you an example of the different formats that can be offered;
Corporate Mindfulness Training
Example One
- Introductory 1/2 or full day training session
- 4 x 2 hour weekly training sessions
- Full day training session to end the programme
Example Two
- 8 x weekly 2-hour training sessions before, during or at the end of the working day
Example Three
- Introductory 1/2 or full day training session
- 1-2-1 coaching sessions for 6 weeks
- Full day training session to end the programme

Mindful Teams in Companies
People run organisations, people work in organisations, systems and processes are programmed and run by people, so our assumption is, that you want to improve one of three things;
