What is the course?
The course is suitable for you if you are experiencing low mood, anxiety, worry, fear or physical pain. This 9 week mindfulness-based course is structured specifically to be gentle and to have long-lasting positive effects on your well-being. Jo Clarke is a qualified counsellor and mindfulness teacher, who will guide you through the course, introducing you to mindfulness and teaching techniques to self-manage anxiety and stress levels. Please note: this is not group therapy, it is a skills-based course.

Monday 13th June 12noon – 2.30pm

Sunday 19th June 10am – 4pm
Where is the course?
Trimingham Hall, Cromer Road, Trimingnam NR11 8HY. (We will be in the main hall - There is plenty of parking in the private, off road car park)
